These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VCL. website and services (the “Site” and “Services”). By accessing our Site and/or purchasing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately and refrain from purchasing or using our Services.

Our Services are designed to support cover letters for:

  • National / long-stay categories (including D visa)
  • Other country visa applications

Important disclaimer (no visa outcome guarantee).

VCL. provides a writing and document-formatting service only. We do not provide legal advice, immigration representation, or embassy decision-making services. Visa approval is determined solely by the relevant embassy/consulate and depends on many factors outside the cover letter. Therefore:

  • We do not guarantee visa approval.
  • We do not guarantee that a visa decision will be favorable.
  • We do not control or influence embassy or consulate requirements.

 

User responsibilities (accuracy matters).

To produce a strong Visa Cover Letter, VCL. relies on the information you provide. By using the Service, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate, complete, and consistent information.
  • You will review the final document before submission.
  • You will ensure the cover letter aligns with your supporting documents (bookings, bank statements, employment letters, invitations, etc.).

 

No Liability for Inaccurate Inputs

If you provide invalid, inconsistent, incomplete, or misleading information, the generated Visa Cover Letter may not meet your expectations or visa requirements. VCL. is not responsible for outcomes caused by incorrect user-provided data.

Delivery and turnaround.

VCL. is designed to deliver your Visa Cover Letter quickly—often within minutes. However, delivery timelines may vary due to technical factors or service load.

Delivery Channel

Visa Cover Letters are delivered via email and/or through the method displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address you provide is correct.

VCL. uses structured templates and formatting designed for clarity and professional presentation. Our documents are built using clean layout standards that many users describe as “ATS-friendly” (clear headings, consistent formatting, scan-friendly structure). While visa applications are not typically processed through job ATS systems, these formatting principles support readability and reduce avoidable presentation issues.

Fees and payments.

Pricing

Pricing is displayed on the Site and may be updated at any time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price shown at checkout.

Payment Methods

VCL. accepts card payments only. We do not accept PayPal.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors using industry-standard security measures. VCL. does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

Refund policy and corrections (company required conditions).

This section is the official Refund and Corrections policy for VCL. and applies to all purchases unless stated otherwise at checkout.

No Refund After Document Delivery

Once the Visa Cover Letter has been delivered, no refund will be provided. This is because the service is fulfilled as a digital document created from user-provided details.

No Refund for Incorrect or Inconsistent User Data

VCL. generates the Visa Cover Letter based on the information you submit. If you provide invalid, incomplete, or inconsistent data, no refund will be issued.

No Refund for Expectation Mismatch”

Our cover letters follow a professional structure and are prepared using advisor-led standards intended for global visa submission. However, personal preferences can vary. If the document does not match an individual’s expectations in style or tone, we can’t provide a refund. If there is a mistake on our end in adding the information that you provided (for example, name, passport details, dates, itinerary, or other form fields), we will update or adjust the same document within
 24 hours of delivery. No change in design, template, or format is possible.

No Refund for Visa Rejection

VCL. cannot influence embassy decisions. If your visa application is rejected, no refund will be provided.

Corrections and Updates (24-Hour Window)

If there is a mistake on our end in adding the customer information provided through the form, you
must request a correction within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours:

  • No updates will be entertained, and
  • Updates are limited to correcting the provided information only. No redesign, reformatting, or template change can be requested.

 

Technical or Deliverable Issues (24-Hour Reporting Requirement)

If you experience a technical issue or delivery issue, you must report it within 24 hours of purchase or delivery attempt (whichever applies). VCL. uses an automated system, and timely reporting is required to diagnose and resolve issues. Technical support is limited to ensuring successful access
and delivery of the purchased document; it does not include design, template, or format changes.

Intellectual property.

All content, templates, layout structures, branding elements, and website materials provided through VCL. are owned by VCL. or licensed to VCL. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the generated Visa Cover Letter for your personal visa application purposes. You may not resell, distribute, publicly publish, or commercially exploit VCL. templates or website content without written permission.

Prohibited use.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt, harm, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Submit false or misleading information intentionally
  • Use the Service to create fraudulent documents or misrepresent facts
  • Access the Site using automated scraping or abusive traffic methods

 

We may suspend or block access if we believe your use violates these Terms or poses risk to the Service, users, or third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties.

  • Visa rejection or delays

  • Third-party service interruptions (including payment providers or email delivery systems)

 

In all cases, VCL.’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Privacy and cookies.

Termination.
